BY BOOKING A RESERVATION WITH US, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL OF THESE POLICIES DURING THE TIME OF YOUR STAY. THANK YOU.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am
Maximum Occupancy is 8 guests overnight
Owners are responsible for collecting and disposing of trash
Maximum of 4 guest vehicles are allowed overnight.
Fires are allowed only in the fire pit when permitted by local authorities
Onsite large parties or group events are strictly prohibited

CANCELLATION POLICY
1)Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.
2) If travelers cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
3) No refund if canceled 0-14 days prior to arrival
We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation, the balance is due along with the $500 security deposit 14 days before check in. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days of checkout.

Damage and Incidentals
Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Extra-person charges may apply. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed
Check-in is after 4pm
Check-out is before 11am
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
Children allowed, but lodge is not child-proofed NO Smoking
NO Events
NO Pets (unless approved by owner; service animals accepted)
Should violations occur, fines may be imposed according to El Dorado County Municipal Code (5.56.180 & 5.56.190)
